A good location close to Arundel, well equipped and clean (inside), ample kitchenware, an excellent cooker, very comfortable beds, very good communication by the hosts. Rear of garden outlook was over a stables with horses which was nice to see in the morning when having breakfast.

No wifi in the property during our stay, the rear garden would benefit from pressure washing due to the amount of bird excrement on the fake grass and exterior furniture covers. The garden fence panels were covered in green residue from the adjacent trees and again would benefit from pressure washing plus painting; care had to be taken when in the rear garden so as not to rub against the fence or garden furniture so as not to dirty our clothes. The garden chairs and table were again dirty, so we used some folding chairs we had brought. The front door lock was a latch lock that was very worn and did not provide a great deal of reassurance as to if it was secure, although the two sliding brass bolts were used and gave improved security. The lead flashing on the front of the property had worked loose and may cause a leak in future.

Great location. Chris met us at the property to hand over keys and a little tour of apartment. It was a return visit for us and would definitely stay again. We had the ground floor apartment and the first floor double room.

I was in a ground floor room at the front of the building. The main large window overlooking the street was tight next to the bed. A very exposed feeling if blinds open, hence I kept the blind down and was reduced to being in a dark cave. A set of vertical slat or venison blinds would enable guest to have light, see out without being on view to the street.
