I don't what his name is but one of the staff members who works there during the day/morning was so helpful. He helped us book a boat trip to Kos and book taxis for travel. All of the staff we met were just so lovely and always willing to help. The location of the place is great, right near the beach and also in Bodrum city close to tons of places to eat, taxi ranks, shops etc. We really loved how walkable the places we wanted to go were. The place itself is absolutely gorgeous and so cute, really fun decors. Loved having a place outside to go out and relax and eat breakfast at. Regarding breakfast, we had no complaints. It is the same selection everyday but we really enjoyed everything and found it met our needs! Tea and coffee was also on offer at the table throughout the day. We really liked our room and it had everything we needed including an AC which was perfect for the heat. We also loved the mini fridge for storing our water and food in. There was a TV with various different channels which was nice to flick through in the evenings. We asked for towels after a day out in the ocean and were provided some immediately without hassle. Our rooms were also cleaned immaculately and towels refreshed after. Honestly, can't recommend this place enough! It is so worth value of money you pay. If we come back to Bodrum, will be coming back here again!”

  Superbly located on a no-through (to traffic) street, very near many historical landmarks. Building itself retains some lovely features. If coming by car, it is possible to reverse quite near the front door to hover and unload; parking (as with everywhere in Bath) takes time and planning. Everything beautifully laid out and prepared. Generous allocation of towels. Tea and coffee provided (although not real milk, so bring some if you prefer it!); hugely useful fridge, small cooker - everything you need to be self-sufficient for a few days. Stylish fittings, furniture, crockery etc. Staff (with whom I spoke on the phone, via messages, and over intercom when checking in) extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. Check-in and -out smooth.

  Only (and quite large) major issue was the front door, which crashed shut regularly and loudly but - luckily - not too often in the evening and night. Floor could have been cleaner (my feet were filthy after walking barefoot for a while); everything else very clean indeed. Hard to control temperature in the room, but this is also a feature of Bath (I am told); fans are provided.

  I stay in many hotels and I have to say I was very pleased with this one. The way they treat customers is really quite remarkable. You are made to feel very welcome and nothing is too much for the team. They are clearly motivated to ensure customers have a good stay.

  There was nothing to dislike. A minor improvement would be to have a spinner in the leisure complex changing room, to dry off wet swimming clothes.

  cattle grid on the driveway is broken, cars have to bypass it through mud and grass. goarse gavel could prevent the cars to sink deeper and enlrage the mud holes.

  Great value. Family room was perfect for our family, with plenty of space. Kitchen facilities were a bonus and allowed us to pack and prepare our own breakfast easily.

  Mattresses were hard and kind of uncomfortable. It didn’t bother my kids or husband, who slept great, but I found it a little hard to sleep well.

  Clean. Was equipped with essential kitchen amenities. Short access path to high street for local amenities and short walk to lake.

  The accommodation is in a 4 storey block of flats set in a complex of other blocks of flats. No views looks on to car parks and other blocks. Felt dismal and closed in not the relaxed ambiance I was hoping for being in the Lake District. Experience also impacted by the noise from those in the flat above could be heard till late then early had little sleep.
