lovely accommodation and we had a wonderful stay , would definitely recommend for people who want to be right in the centre of whitby where most things are a 5 minute walk , bed was comfy and everything was lovely and clean would absolutely recommend staying here and would definitely stay again

Loved contactless check in. Immaculate bedroom, bathroom and shared kitchen areas. Toiletries provided if required. Definitely good decision to move the armchair out of room 1!

The towels to use after showering were hand towels; not even a small bath towel. I'd happily pay £5 extra for laundering a larger towel to save me from bringing my own.

On the first floor (for more than 30 pppl there is only 2 toilets and 2 showers for both sex all together bathrooms are always dirty lacking paper, not even one hanger, horrible smell

The apartment was modern and the cleaner was extremely helpful and very kind.

The apartment was below street level and no pictures of this specific apartment are advertised which was very misleading. Apartment 2 had a courtyard which looked directly into the only window in the apartment therefore you either had to sacrifice privacy or daylight You can’t watch the tv from the bed and there was no towel rail to hang wet towels on and no full length mirror.

Beds cheap ,not comfy or luxury Sofa not comfy, to low not luxury Cigarette smell from adjacent flat. Dinner table and chairs wobbled, not luxury. Bedding dirty . Fire burning all day from neighbours, unable to open windows . Flat dirty on arrival , given another flat , just as dirty .

It was a rental turned into a hotel but was better managed as a rental. Can be called a B&B at best rather than a hotel. Also, walls were thin so could hear couples.
