Perfect location for the Channel Tunnel so this hotel met our needs in every respect. Easy to find, welcoming staff, clean and well presented room and bar facilities. For an overnight stay before heading off on our car journey into Europe it was a perfect choice and we will use this hotel in the future.

Just across from Paddington station! The rooms are well furnished and cozy. New fittings in the bathroom. Excellent double glazing which insulated noise from main road completely. Helpful staff.

No elevator. Narrow winding stairs. Don't come if you have large luggage ( though help was offered). Check in time is structly observed and no luggage storage is available. If these don't matter, then this is a good stay

The skylite in the main bedroom had a malfunctioning shutter that would keep opening, very hard to sleep with the light coming through that window in the early morning.
