Excellent facilities and cleaniness as well as a good location for Cradiff City. The accommodation was ample enough for two and even for 4 people. The appliances were also of a high standard as was the shower.

Everything was of a high standard so difficiult to say anything needed any improvement. There was plenty of tea and coffee facilities including biscuits and milk.

Good location - close to the Tube and most sites 15-20min away. Plenty of restaurants and groceries near the hotel. Comfortable stay and would recommend. The laundry facilities were very handy!

Clean and modern. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The large open and airy restaurant served wonderful food. Great value for the price we paid. Overall we were very impressed.

The stairs to first and second floors were spacious and pleasant but would be difficult for elderly or infirm. There are internal rooms with no window. Make sure to get an external room.

Too many stairs, will book a lower room next time, also the restaurant is downstairs too, so if Ur disabled like me there is a bit of an issue with stairs.

- Parking is to be paid, however it is not stated in the website. - The parking place is about 10min walk from the hotel and in a secluded dark area. - The room was as little as it can be, considering the price I have stayed in 5 start hotels paying similar amounts and with way better and bigger rooms - There were spiders in the room, meaning that it is not cleaned daily or properly
