      Location was amazing, literally next door to the minster and a short walk into the middle of town...absolutely perfect. Parking is on street and was provided via an electronic parking permit arranged by the hotel. Manager was very approachable and dealt with all queries swiftly.

      Martyn was a fantastic host at this lovely B&B right near the water in Port Isaac. Our room had an amazing view of the harbour and was within close proximity to the pubs and cafes. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

      Staff indifferent and negative attitude - just didn't care! Hotel disorganised ... no hot drinks at breakfast - zero attention to detail. Bedroom decorated nicely but single glazed so heard ac rumbling and dripping all night. Bedroom door insecure - a gap all the way around it meant I could hear everything in the hallway - door was cheap nasty and ill-fitted - easy to get into the room. Food was good but attitude by staff made me feel a burden and everything was an effort for them. Definitely NOT worth the money.
