The staff was really attentive. Great value for a short stay. Free wifi. Don't offer breakfast as of July 2024. Also part of Sheriff hotel management. Was pleasant for 4 people in one room though it maybe be slightly stuffy for some. There was also a fan which was a surprise for London. Overall really recommend especially if you're near pimlico or Victoria coach station.

The staff were lovely, greeted us with chocolate whilst checking in. We asked for an iron that we could hire at a cost but they didn't charge. Walking distance to centre. Over priced for what it was, however all prices go up when there are events on locally, which is why we ended up here.

The bed was not a full double and was up against the wall, not ideal to get up in the night without disturbing partner. The room was small, could only just walk around the bed but even then it was a squeeze. Was just somewhere to sleep for us but if u were spending time in the room it would not be ideal.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, some of the staff miserable, some areas of the bedroom needed improving like rips in curtains and stains on the walls.

Initially we had difficulty locating the hotel. We couldn't drive up to the entrance and had to have our car parked a distance away and drag our bags to the hotel. Accessibility is poor.

There was no reception and no room details. Parking spaces are limited. Room looks not ready, no linens. Tea cups are really dirty, wasn’t clean.
