Breakfast was first class nothing was to much trouble for Denise who cooked and her daughter who served all to a high standard. The room was fresh and clean, bright and airy and with the most comfortable beds and pillows to die for.

Our first time to Campbeltown and this property was in the perfect location. The property was easy to find and easy access. I would recommend for your visit to Campbeltown.

Although I was happy with the accommodation, it was a little bit tired looking and a little freshened and a little repair here and there would make it perfect. But as I say it was good accommodation and ideally situated.

Cosy, well-equipped lodge in quiet forest location. Great location close to amenities. Within walking distance of hotel restaurant. Log burner was a great addition.

Quite loud at night, both from the outside and the other residents. It was really warm in the room despite it being cool outside and opening windows didn't help much.

Swimming pool was the best part, room was great, two double beds perfect for family stay beats the sleeper couch any day.

The food in the restaurant very disappointing. Garlic mushrooms weren't cooked properly and garlic sauce was sour. Garlic bread was burn. Breakfast was extremely oily, vegetarian sausages not nice, tinned tomatoes were disappointing. Chips were the most pleasant, coleslaw was chunky and way too much onion

the bar was ok, very dirty place, had to ask for the bedding to be changed, smelt like it has already been slept in, the mirror had clearly been used for a drug dealer (not that we do that) cooking facilities lol that was a joke, the fridge not switched on, dirty green worn scourer on side for washing up. Stairs.... very very steep, shared toilets and shower room if you can call it that. we had a drink in the bar which still has Halloween decs up in June. Swiftly left and booked elsewhere. oh and the locals in the bar were slating customers and swearing
