Very clean and comfortable hotel. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of choices to satisfy all my family. The room was very clean, and the leisure facilities were excellent. We loved our stay and we'll definitely visit again

The only negative, and it is small, is the water in the swimming pool was a little cold on the last day. But as said, it's only a small negative and will definitely not put us off visiting again.

I loved that the hotel was cheap for what was needed and the location is central to town and everything is pretty much within walking distance.

I found the room quite warm and uncomfortable at times, temperature wise. The control for air con wasn't really useful and it was just a little on the warmer side at times when would've preferred it to be a lot cooler.

I arrived and there was someone already in the room I had booked, so, not happy.

Room already occupied even though i had booked and paid. Took me five or six calls to get an answer from the number provided as the property contact. He said, “We’ve moved you to another room.” Thanks for letting me know! Then he gave me a keycode for the room they’d moved me to without letting me know. It didn’t open the keybox. He spoke to me like i was an idiot. Eventually a guy turned up to let me into the room. Amazingly, the keycode didn’t work for him either🤷♂️. He eventually got a code that worked. I got in. Nowhere to hang clothes. View over takeaway extractor fans. Then the shisha/ nightclub that was just through the wall from my headboard started. Until 2 am on a sunday night. Same on the Monday night. I booked somewhere else and left. Never go there folks.

The air conditioning didn’t work, neither the charging socket USB next to the bed. The sofa bed was a joke, almost just wires and no mattress at all. The breakfast was messy and not varied.
