Our room was up 2 flights of steep stone spiral stairs, not great. The room was fine but had a large beam across it, at about 5ft, also not ideal. Breakfast was ok but not spectacular, we had dinner again ok, very limited choice for vegetarians.

Booked breakfast in hotel. Excellent quality and choice.

Staff were tasked with transporting food from kitchen by hand and would have found a trolley useful. Also a side table to deposit used crockery and utensils would have been useful in the dining room.

Unfortunately quite a bit, there was one drinking glass the other one was a cherry glass, there was one small towel, the shower door was broke woukdnt close, the toilet seat was broke wasn’t attached, unfortunately it smelt of cannabis, the location was poor no local shops one garage which could really get anything in, and there “private car park “ which is a space a st the back of the building, is less than ideal our motorbike was covered in grime dirt and dust which we guess was from next door as there was a recycle and skim dump place, so very noisy
