Fantastic Host - purchased a weekend away for 2 family members, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay, the static they thought was absolutely beautiful in a great location for the amenities on site and for travelling to various areas within the vicinity. The host took down the details needed for the 2 family members to send off to Haven who could then introduce themselves and offer them the option to pay for the on site access passes. The host is absolutely lovely, answers any questions and very down to earth! Thank you so much for providing them with the perfect place for a much needed stay at such a reasonable price (this was significantly lower than the Haven and Hoseasons pricing for the weekend with the passes for this level of accomodation)!

Best English breakfast that I've eated! All house has a beautiful decoration! Very zen with a lot of love. Great local products: sausage, bacon and ketchup! Apple juice very tasty! Tim and Karen are a lovely couple, always given us the best recommendations for restaurants and must see and do. Nice music around the house!

We chose this hotel because of proximity to Paddington Station. The reception area is a bit larger than most hotels of this type, as are the rooms. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not have much of a view from the room, but we didn't really care as we value comfort, location and cleanliness more.

I got confirmation from you to stay at this hotel , when I arrived they said you never sent them confirmation ,so I was rejected to stay. Now I formally claim to booking.com to compensate me 128 pounds. Please seriously check with Double Tree Hilton and keep me advised. Thank you

The property is a little out of town but easy to find. There’s plenty of parking and our room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the owners are delightful.

The rooms were spacious and the shower pressure was nice... the location was alright too.

The state of the hotel was quite poor with very scruffy decoration. There was a punch hole in the bathroom door, one of the chairs was broken and the wardrobe was falling apart. The shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out onto the floor during showers. The beds were old and creeky with dirty mattresses. We paid £234 for two rooms (granted, it was a Saturday night) but I wouldn't want to pay more than £40 per room in the future. The staff were nice, although seemed a bit inexperienced - we got the impression it had just changed management.

the hotel is very old and need to be refurbished, the curtains were very dirty, the housekeeping is terrible, I found this towel (attached below) in the bathroom when I checked in.
