We had a wonderful stay in this superb hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable with views to the town square. Breakfast and evening meal were excellent and to a very high standard. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. This is by far one of the best Bed and Breakfast we have stayed at with wonderful old fashioned hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Excellent shower and liked that you could sit outside your garden room. Thought the extra channels on the TV were a nice touch and really liked the complementary toiletries, they were really good quality.

Room was hot and no air con or windows, just patio doors. Had to leave door open during the night to cool down which wasn't ideal. Splashback could have been cleaned better and surfaces dusted, albeit they were dark so probably show up dust really easily.

By some distance the best equipped, most spacious and comfortable cottage we have taken. Great location in lovely scenery. Good notes for guests on appliances and things to do.

Small double bedI I gave up after an hour and went downstairs to the bottom bunk which was very comfortable. Front door key tricky in lock.

The rooms are comfortable, the bed was very comfortable, the hotel is great for us as my son and his family live ten minutes walk away.

I was wakened up after 7am by canisters or some sort of containers being moved and banged about outside, I assume that it was some sort of delivery but it was very loud as I was sleeping with the window open. Another slight inconvenience was that there was no Pinot Grigio left in the bar so we needed to drink Sauvignon Blanc, not important in the grand scale of things but a bit disappointing!

The toilet in my bedroom had not been cleaned and had been left in a bad state by the previous guests. The cleaning staff had obviously not looked closely . Lots of stains around the shelf where the tea and coffee were .
