The family room was a suite comprised of 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both rooms had clean and comfortable bed linen and the rooms itself were spacious, light and airy. The garden outside the rooms was beautifully kept and there were garden chairs and tables for our exclusive use in a sunny spot. Breakfast was delicious served in a lovely dining room, where we were given a nice table by the window. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is on our list of the nicest holiday accommodation we've stayed in and we totally recommend the place.

The hotel was wonderful with really friendly staff and perfectly located in the centre of Truro. This made accessing all areas so easy. The room was fine albeit a little small but it had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent and the city centre parking was a real bonus.

The room was a bit small and the seagulls in the car park were definitely a watch out - I was grateful for the hose to wash down the car! It would have been nice for breakfast to finish at 10am rather than 9.30 as it made fitting in a run in the morning a bit rushed.

I absolutely love staying here. I must try more then 1 night. Sadly no staff for kitchen so had to eat else where. But it was absolutely fine. I love it that the reception remembered me from last year.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable plus no sockets to plug my wheelchair in. But I managed so next time I will remind them, thar I need sockets.

In very bad condition.. paint peeling off woodwork, wires hanging out of trunking... kettle definitely seen better days... to be truthful, I should have walked out, but it was getting late, and I had a function to get too
