Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Location is fantastic with great views, close to the beach, walking and cycling nearby. Trip to Lismore on the foot ferry nearby was excellent. The owner was terrific and could not do enough to help or advise on where to visit. The chalet had all the facilities we needed with a nice comfortable lounge to relax in. Unfortunately the weather didn't really allow us to make use of the outside furniture.

  The location was perfect, central to Whitby , Scarborough and York . Plenty of lovely little villages in between and supermarkets near by . The lodge was amazing , spacious, clean and well kept and had all accessories needed in kitchen for preparing food . The view across the park was lovely and the hot tub was a bonus. Wi-Fi was fab ( the kids were happy) Would recommend

  Breakfast is chaotic - too many people for the amount of space, very noisy, lack of choice and a very disjointed affair. Sinks in the bathroom don’t drain properly due to there being no slope, odd set up with the shower and toilet door where you have to slide one or the other.

  Lovely setting and walking distance to town. Nice breakfast pleasant staff.

  We could not have the window open due to a noisy air con unit on the ground below our window. Resulting in our being hot and stuffy. We also could hear the fire doors opening and closing Late at night and early morning when guests were entering and leaving their rooms.
