Good location close to Victoria coach and train station. Bus station about 5-10 minutes walk good for sightseeing locations ie St Paul's Cathedral houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace and more. Room was clean bathroom was small but I think most hotels in converted houses are the same. Bath towel was great it was large enough to go round my body unlike in other places I've stayed.

Small bathroom but it was clean.

Very easy check in, was messaged over all details prior to checking in, the bed was very comfortable, was in a great location to get into the city centre, and easy travelling to the murrayfield stadium. Room was full of amenities including hair dryer, microwave, kettle and supplied with coffee, tea and sugar.

Thought it was expensive for what it was, while I enjoyed my stay and everything I did in Edinburgh I don’t believe this is worth £120+ a night. I would pay £80-100 in future. Wish the bathroom wasn’t shared

Spot less rooms, lovely comfortable beds and a great location to Norwich airport.

Arrived just after 5, once settled in my room. I thought I'd get some tea as the restaurant has a good reputation. Sadly I was told I had to book on a Sunday evening as they were expecting a coach party. The next available spot was 20:30. The restaurant at the time had around 6-7 people seated. Anyway I ate elsewhere, on my return there were now even less people. So much for the coach party... I understand they wanted to keep the restaurant open for an elderly coach party... But one person eating alone. Could do better.

The bathroom on the ground floor was flooded. The mattress in my first room was uncomfortable and below standard. The bathroom on the first floor had a blocked shower. I was moved from a big room to a small room because of a bad mattress.

Location was convenient.

Not enough cups in the kitchen and no facilities to wash one up. No butter for toast. Room a good size, but dated and bathroom needs a good scrub as there is some black mould. Windows in bedrooms could do with blackout blinds. Also stated hairdryers in room, ours didn't have one and had to borrow my sister-in-laws.
