Location is excellent for getting out and about in the Lincolnshire countryside and the beach and sea is only minutes by car. Village has some nice pubs to walk to. The hotel is a great location, by the beach and very central to the town. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and good service from the staff. The bedroom had a wonderful view and the bed was very comfortable.

Actual double beds in the rooms rather than two singles pushed together as beds would pull apart, however this is a very, very small niggle as everything else was fantastic.
