      Very happy with Aimee and Liam for the support in helping to make my Mums stay lovely. We were given a lovely twin room with beautiful sea view above reception. (This was a little break away for my mum after losing her husband/Dad) so it very important to me to make sure Mum had a nice time. Thank you to Aimee and Liam for the room and considing my Mums disability in avoiding her difficulties with the stairs. The restaurant team were all helpful and the food was lovely. I was very happy to have booked with this hotel! Aimee and Liam were very accommodating via email. Kind Regards to them both.

      Although the lifts were out of order - my mum managed the few steps to the first floor quite well.

      Property was gorgeous and in a great location! Hosts were excellent and left us a lovely welcome package tailored to the purpose of our stay. Facilities were great, bathroom was lovely and kitchen was equipped with anything we needed.

      Fantastic location. Right by the beach and amazing sunset. Loved the little hamper and it felt like home from home, lovely and modern. Would definitely return.

      Nothing really but would have liked a hob and an oven or grill (couldn't really cook a pizza or do fried eggs). TV didn't have live channels and needed to use my tablet to watch the England game (wifi is good so was able to round it). It would have been even better with a wood burner and an outside space to sit out in the sunshine.

      Easy access to mid Cornwall .Lovely area and the town of Lostwithiel is very picturesque

      Back car park had lots of steps to reception and showers over the bath . Walk in showers are better for those of an older age

      Nothing. We couldn't get into the property.

      We contacted the owner. We called and emailed three separate times and also left text messages but there was no reply. There was no key box. There were no instructions regarding entry procedures. The property looked dilapidated. The building backed onto garages and there were old car carcasses everywhere. We didn't feel that it was a safe area. We had to get another hotel in Bristol at short notice. We are in the process of working with Booking.com for a rebate. I would not recommend this property at all.
