Though the checkin is self-completed there were some staff in the shop area (during working hours) to assist with anything if needed. Otherwise the communication before checkin with door codes, etc. was very easy and convenient. The aparto itself was comfortable, clean and quiet. We would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice aparto style accommodation in Porto with nice restaurants close by (for dine-in or takeaway).”

  Location, THE BED ❤️, the digitalisation of the controls, the staff, the rooftop bar and the ease in which we could do things. Only downside was no kettle in the room (but there was a fridge) We’ve already booked to go back for the same time next year for our anniversary and Ride London. 😍 Park at Q Park Tower Bridge (no affiliation to hotel) and walk across the bridge easily. Loved they made exceptions for riders in the Ride London race to bring their bikes into the rooms as long as they were clean. Thank you!!!

  The staff!!! I lost my jacket out of the boot of the car and phoned the hotel to see if they had fallen outside the hotel. They went as far as checking the CCTV. I read other reviews before going and thought it might be a bad experience....But the staff were polite and welcoming, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious and the shower was hot. I wouldn't have a problem staying or recommending it to others

  The nightclub across the road was noisy but their were earplugs provided by the hotel free of charge and it wasn't that bad.

  Property advised they have a roof top, try to book via hotel advised you need to book directly with them, went to book via on line contact number, didn’t connect. Visited the entrance to the door to try make a reservation, Security was rude, advised can not enter, etc Advised I can’t book on line etc, he advised tuff if not answered or connected means they are fully booked, Don’t really know how to take this either being rude or just don’t like me… tuff I spend my money else where
