Very welcoming hotel. Many returning customers. Excellent breakfast and evening meals with a good and varied choice. Experienced and efficient staff. Traditional, and could be considered a little dated by the younger generation, but experience of dealing with many guests over a long number of years shows, with many nice touches. Very comfy beds and no night noise ensure a good night’s sleep

The room was comfortable and I liked the decor. The shower was amazingly powerful, and the views were superb.

It's very old and dated. Smelt of fags. Mouldy bathroom rusty fixtures and fittings It's very cheap for a reason. We had 2 rooms and one smelt worse than the other

The room was nothing like the pictures shown when i booked it. It was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. The shower was so dirty that we decided not to use it!! The staff member who checked us in was polite and friendly but then would not leave us alone and became extremely annoying. So so dissapointed.
