      Great location, very quiet and tranquil, there was no noise disturbance whatsoever which was great as we are light sleepers. We enjoyed the yogurts and fresh warm croissants in our room in the morning and having a fridge was really handy. Good coffee machine. Nice hot shower with good water pressure.

      Nothing. We accepted there was no air con in the rooms and the hotel provided really quiet fans to help with this.

      The hotel is in easy walking distance of Kings Cross/ St Pancras station. The room was clean and functional, the bed was comfortable. I think we had one of the newly redecorated rooms. the staff were friendly and helpful.

      Great view of bath as we sat outside to eat. Friendly staff, Kitchen and room all clean. We hadn't booked for an ensuite but were given one.

      Dirty bathroom, toilet, shower and sink, dirty cups, tv not working, no curtains or anywhere to hang clothes in one room we were shown. Staff seemed unable to understand english. Breakfast was just toast and cereal, with the tables dirty, No clean plates or glasses and tables not cleared, No staff around to help. No staff around to check out, so keys just left on a table. I have sent email to owner who offered me 50% off another stay, no thank you. Very disappointed to say the least
