Really clean and spacious apartment, Close to the Seafront and Town Centre. Had all the amenities we could have needed. Made it super simple to check in and out and also responded really well to an accident we had which resulted in some broken glassware.

Paid extra for breakfast which wasn't worth £29 Only fresh item was the eggs but received a very well fried egg and asked for it to be replaced.Rest of food was just warm and been standing around.

Easy check in. Clean room and designated bathroom. was very clean, as was the allocated bathroom.

There is too much unnecessary furniture in the room and some ideas missed the mark; the dining table had one chair only and there isn’t the space to sit at the table to eat breakfast. The mock Tailors dummy is a trip hazard due to the legs sticking out. The full length mirror is tucked away in a dark corner under the eaves so you can’t actually get close to it to use unless your under 5ft.

Booked seaview room, was made aware window was broken and offered cottage, but cottage was absolutely Baltic, heating didn't work, kids couldn't shower because it was so cold, quite grimey. Loud neighbours
