The location is convenient as it is close to the university, the metro station, a bus stop to the city centre, and has many shops nearby. Self check-in was simple and convenient. The apartment is well stocked and has most of what I need. The Wifi also works well.

The street containing the property was a shocking sight—trash and trash bags lined the sidewalk. Noise insulation is very poor and I could hear other guests going upstairs and walking around on the apartment above. This made many nights unbearable and I had to speak to the guest upstairs. Another issue was that I was unable to obtain an invoice/receipt for my stay despite multiple messages and phone calls. This was required for getting my company to reimburse my business travel expenses. There was not enough toilet paper provided in the room and the hair dryer did not work.

Great location for our walking trips in Eryri. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were great as were the meals and good to see local produce on offer. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Fantastic hosts, very helpful and accommodating. EV charger worked a treat. Breakfast was right up there with the best.

The shower was low pressure, maybe a higher power shower is required 🤔 The location is a little difficult to find, lost navigation on route, some tight corners to negotiate.

Curtain pole hanging off wall. Many of the glass panes broken. Shower partition over bath propped onto wall and very unsafe. The apt is tired and a day of a handyman could bring it back to awesome. Double mattress is very uncomfortable And it would be much better if this was replaced. Each spring can be felt as you lie. Oven knobs have lost all signage so printout would help.
