- “We highly recommend this place, everything was perfect and we want to come again. The host is very helpful and friendly! The apartment is beautifully renovated and really clean. Everything you need can be found in the apartment, for example laundry detergent, beach towels, a parasol and a shopping bag. The location by the sea is the best and there are also showers and toilets on the beaches. There are two bakeries and several restaurants opposite the apartment, or you can also cook your own food. There are grocery stores and, for example, Polygon and CAP 3000 shopping centers nearby. It is easy and comfortable to vacation in this place!”

  Beautiful well designed, light, airy and furnished flat. The bathrooms are modern, gorgeous and clean. The kitchen is well designed and well equipped with almost everything one would have at home (dishwasher, washing machine-dryer, fridge, freezer, toaster, microwave etc). The property is safe and is in a prestigious building in front of Hyde Park. A pleasant walk too, to the museums and Harrods. The housekeeper is extremely polite and friendly! The host was responsive and I never waited long to get a response or hear from her. Highly recommended property if you’re looking from a home away from home.

  Very clean,staff were great,we asked for rooms opposite each other and they gave us what we asked for so fantastic,lovely rooms and breakfast was lovely with loads of options,will definitely stay in a leonardo hotel next time I go anywhere

  There was nothing not to like,the paint work round the wi Dow needed doing but that’s it and it didn’t change my view on the stay has I still say it was fantastic regardless of a bit of paint

  For the money this hotel charges it is fantastic value for money. Sometimes there may be a small problem but once pointed out the staff rectify it immediately and always have a smile at hand. Stayed here 3 times now and will return on a regular basis

  Arriving back at 3 am we realised we got locked out our room and staff couldn’t get us back in so had to move us room without all our stuff. This was out of their control so we accepted and moved room with a promise that this would be fixed first thing. Was trying to contact reception from 9.30 am the next morning to see if we could get back in our room yet and not one person came near us or contacted us until they answered at 1.30 pm! By this point I’m obviously very annoyed. We had missed breakfast which we had already pre-paid because we had no suitable clothes to wear down and we had to end up cancelling our plans we had that day because it took so long for this issue to be resolved.
