The owners were absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful (went above and beyond). Lovely old building, the room was lovely, bed and pillows super comfortable and bathroom clean and well facilitated. Great view out the windows and close to shops in Colyton. Breakfast was fab and didn't mind ordering the day before in advance.

A Small room, down in the basement, so was a little concerned about privacy as the window was visible from the road. The bed /room was comfortable and clean. Good value for money. Didn’t have breakfast there, but for 1 night it was nice and a good location .

The apartment was considerably larger than expected. In addition to the 2 good sized bedrooms there were 2 bathrooms, which was a bonus. The kitchen and eating area were a very generous size as was the living room.

It was a bit tricky to find as there is just a small sign in the gate post at the end of the property where it exits onto the road and the road is not the main road. A local person in one of the shops was able to help us out. I would just be sure to ask for good directions when you book.

I was very pleased to be offered a single room, and the facilities were of a very high standard, but I would have liked more sheif or desk space, ideally something that could have been folded away when not in use.

Remote control for TV not working Reported on day of arrival to maintaince team but no action taken. Had to take little TV from bedroom but too small to watch from seating area.. Very disappointing when weather not very good..
