  The staff was kind and willing. Early check-in was possible. The dinner food was aceptable. Parking is possible without problems. The surrounding and the small village of Talgath was beautiful and ideal for a walk.

  Our room (no. 2) had a very unpleasant smell, like a popcorn machine. A machine produced relevant noise in this room from 2 pm to 8 pm. It urgently needs a renovation and substitute of its furniture. The height of the night was a fire alarm at 3:30 a.m., so we used to leave the house until one member of staff arrived and checked the house. Sadly. The hotel seemed to be inadequate organized and managed.

  All the facilities were spot on, the beds are comfy and the bathroom was nice and the kitchen was fitted out great with everything you need. The whole place is much more spacious than it looked from the photo's

  Staff were all super helpful and friendly and the room was great! We had an issue with Booking.com allowing us to book a room that was really suitable for our party but the hotel were excellent and sorted it.

  Well situated, newly renovated and clean. Great shower and amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great value for price, would book again.

  Food and food service very disappointing. Ran out of several options and extremely slow service. Breakfast buffet very limited. Also ran out of various alcohol options despite being a busy pub. Staff a little blasé when questioned about shortages. Said they only had alcohol delivered on Thursdays so couldn’t replace once something ran out however we arrived on a Thursday for a two night stay…….
