Warm, comfortable double beds in a family room with TV. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Substantial Full English breakfast cooked by Wendy, with toast, tea and coffee. Set us up for the day!

The shower needs some updating. There is also some water works being done at the front of the property and therefore no parking on site but wasn’t too far away to alternate parking just a little noisy whilst the work is being done

The private apartment is three floors up with no lift. The staff helped with my luggage but it was a fitness test of a climb! See picture. There is no hanging space and no comfortable seating or tv. They could make more of the apartment by putting in a sofa bed and small wardrobe or hanging unit. For the price, it should include towels

We had no room service for 4 days. Room was too hot at first around 28 C then A/C has fixed I believe. Pricing was too high, although we had an early booking when I have checked last minute alternatives and have found alternatives with very reasonable pricing, it was disappointing. There was a maintenance in Metro station which add additional challenge - we could not use metro station Gloucester Road.
