  The rooms are in a pub that is just a short distance from the bus and train stations, so it has a very convenient location. It was ideally placed for my visit to Warrington. The rooms have a separate entrance, so there is no need to go through the pub. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was fast. The room was spacious with a big TV and the bed was comfortable. The shower worked well. For the price, this was a good choice to stay for one or two nights.

  There was some noise from the pub, but it did not disturb me particularly. There is quite a steep flight of stairs to the rooms, so you need to be capable of climbing those. Ideally, don't have too much heavy luggage.

  Being able to park on site was important to us and a great benefit. Friendly and helpful staff, very good coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods, breakfast supplies refreshed every day and extras available if needed. Non dairy milk supplied too. Great atmosphere in the pub and good ale at the bar, but pity we missed forthcoming beer festival.

  Horrible service. 5th floor studio on the main road. No credit for utilities on the last day. Shower not working ( hot water ) and they did not fix it until too late. Then it broke again. We asks for a refund and sent us a WhatsApp message with a ‘voucher’ and nothing else. Avoid.

  Only luxury on the name and the cost. We did not have hot water for Friday and until Saturday night. Opera and theatre experience ruined. No refund, even partial. You pick the keys away from the property. Perhaps it is an illegal holiday home.

  Stairs on entry. Parking issues, causing stress & made it difficult to come & go freely. Issues with oven overheating. General cleanliness ,in need of a refresh..toilet in particular needs a deep clean and seat needs replacing or refitting as it moves !!. Oven needs a deep clean but preferably needs replacing .Dirt/ mould on blind in bathroom. Music from downstairs business is constant throughout the day. Bed creaky and only moderately comfortable ..
