The town/village is quite small but a lovely place, nice and calm. The house and locations were very nice. It is easy to find and the directions you recieve are easy to follow. It is a few minutes walk from the train station. The bedroom was spacious, clean and very well kept. The facilities were, likewise great and lots of space. The comunual room is large and good to relax and watch some TV after visiting the area and the presence of a small fridge is great.

We really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere created by Amanda and Charlie. Their lovely place offerred everything we needed. We loved one of the beautiful rooms (all comfort needed), bautiful view of the fields, very good breakfast, great location for our Silverstone weekend. Also, very good pub recommendation and also other advices concerning getting to F1, other sites to visit. Also, we loved the dogs.

Bed was really comfortable with nice quality sheets, breakfast delicious and very good choice cooked to order, staff friendly and helpful, good shower in ensuite bathroom. Loved seeing the cats and Cupcake the dog. Lovely hotel would stay there again when visiting Brum

A little worn, needs a refresh . pull Out bed broken, mould in shower, holes in sofa covered by blankets, main air con wasn’t working only in the bedroom, no lightbulb in hall light. Leak underneath sink. Pots and frying pan old and rusty … floor coming apart in bedroom no threshold between hall and lounge and bathroom. Flaking paint in bathroom Fire escape slats in bedroom not installed correctly. Sink tap broken

Unclean Paid extra for dirty bedding 30degress like a sweat box with no A/C Spare fold out bed all slats broken had to put our 4 year old in bed with us as not fit for a small child After booking being told that there’s extra fees for bedding and £100 deposit that needs paying before you can have the keys. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS WHO DO NOT REDFUND THE DEPOSIT. Oh and have to pay for electric usage

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, from the moment we stepped foot into this “guest house” we didn’t feel one bit welcome. The man Robert is extremely aggressive and his wife Lesley is just as bad. Robert was also drunk dealing with guests which is so unprofessional. Lesley is making up a lot of lies to cover up the shocking experience we had, she said we were walking around the house at 4:15am when no one came home at that time it was only 2 of our party on night one that came home at 3:40am and went straight to bed, I myself got awoken by a phone call to let them in so there was no knocking on doors. Also, we couldn’t lock ourselves out because the only way was with a key from the outside or to lock from the inside so they were locking us out. The second night the same 2 party didn’t even stay at the bnb because of everything that happened with Robert that night that I will explain below they went to stay somewhere else because they were frightened of Robert’s behavior and my little sister even have a panic attack because Lesley put her hands on her and my mother and she said she was doing it to “hold her husband back” that speaks for itself. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my whole life and I have stayed in many hotels/bnbs. We felt as though we couldn’t even open/close our door because apparently we were making “too much noise” we then ordered food on night two and was told we had to eat it outside as we weren’t allowed food in our room to which we understood and said we would but then Robert came banging on our door being extremely aggressive insisting we go outside NOW to eat while my mother was informing my sisters. Also, Robert just came in from the pub at 12:30am and was very intoxicated when my mother went to collect our food that we ordered and he was fighting outside with another man 2 mins before he became abusive towards us.
