Spacious room, comfortable, clean, lovely restaurant staff, good jazz music at night.

Noisy - both at street level, (I had a front room with balcony) and lots of car and motorbike activity- and through the thin walls. Also with wedding receptions and the jazz at night (noise travels up the stairs) esp if you’ve had a long traveling day. Staff at reception were arguing on my arrival - somewhat condescending when I asked where the concierge was to call a taxi (not realizing it was actually a telephone!) The receptionist said nothing and just pointed to it like I know everything about the place?! Anyway the whole place has planning approval to be turned into apartments near future so it seems management aren’t trying too hard.

The only issue was the television, it’s was difficult to get anything on as you had to stand right next to the television, and then it took forever and also the pictures were really dark and fuzzy despite changing settings. The fuzzy was due to poor internet connection and it was great when you have young kid who want to watch to at night time
