The room was clean,comfortable and had everything we need.

The hotel staff were exceptional. Every person working in the hotel from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the cleaning crew were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Whenever we had a question or needed clarification on travel, the staff were very helpful and followed up with us to ensure that our needs were met. Staff highly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean and located in a central area where most attractions are within walking distance and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent budget hotel not far from Arona and the Lake Maggiore (you still need a car to get there). Very clean, relatively large rooms and - despite being close to the Sempione - surprisingly quiet. All in all truly excellent value for the money.

We were only at the hotel for a short 1 night, but the rooms were really nice and had all amenities required for a few days stay. The staff were very polite and helpful regarding directions for a nice coffee and croissant! Lastly the railway station was literally down the road which gave us easy access to the train the next morning to Sauze D’oulx

The room was clean, comfortable beds, bathroom with bathtub. We only stayed one night, it is a little far from the airport. Nice guys at the reception, one of them gave my dauthers a little teddy bear from Novotel. It was a small gesture, we really appreciated and the girls loved their new teddy bears.

The experience was wonderful, amazing staff and there was very helpful , the suite was very clean and very descent and all your needs are there

Location is superb. Parking (reserved beforehand) is really safe and close. Staff were super helpful. Really welcoming.

Very charming, excellent location near the piazza, staff were friendly and helpful. Not much parking but plentiful nearby. We loved the old commercial elevator . Great fun!

Nice clean large room in a quiet area. Large bathroom with a good shower. The staff was very helpful and very cordial. The price was also good. Would definitely stay again.

Very Good for this class o hotel

The front desk staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the small lounge/bar in the front lobby and the breakfast was fantastic.

Nice little hotel with attention for ecological behavior. Clean, easy free street parking, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

I highly recommend thos hotel for anyone that goes to Torino as everything is GREAT, and the location FABULOUS. Staff very friendly, they speak good English and are very, very helpful.
