London is huge and you need to plan ahead before you go, most attractions and landmarks you can walk between so as l said before plan your day before you set off and cover an area a time .. we stay in Marylebone which has a nice village feel lots of cafes and shops yet just behind Oxford street, it is easy to get around further by tube just scan your credit or debit card to travel, no need to buy a ticket its cheaper that way too ...London is full of parks gardens, galleries, food markets and flea markets , we always enjoy a boat trip down the Thames to Greenwich, you can pay and board at Victoria embankmentThomson - 10Scored 10

London City has its own charm. When u roam around the city streets and millions of options for food with international cuisines. Westminister and Big Ben with a View of London Eyes is the most Happening place i found. Best to take Hop in Hop Off Bus if u want to see London in short time. London has so much to see and do. Unfortunately at the time of our visit it was very very busy with tourists so if you wanted to enter any of the attractions (i.e. Westminster Abbey, British Museum) you had to wait in long lines. Also, it is quite expensive. Entry fees, drinks, dining. If you do hop on hop off, which I would suggest, use Big Bus, or City Sightseeing. It is good to experience the busy streets, underground & trains. Using a contactless card is the best way to pay on the trains & underground or an Oyster card which can be purchased when you get there. Depending on the zones you travel through and the time of day will depend on way you pay, but there is a daily cap on how much you will be charged. Will work out cheaper than a daily single ticket.
