Always lots of things to do. Asian Civilisations Museum is a must - have an ice cream wafer sandwich just outside. Must go to Maxwell food centre and La Pau Sat. Wonderful city appealing to all pockets. A great mix of modern and historical sites. You can see how much pride the local people have of their country by the care they take of all the amenities. Would recommend travelling around on the MRT which was so efficient, not overcrowded spotlessly clean and well maintained. Again staff employed there were so helpful and informative. For us coming from Europe, Singapore proved to be an admirable vacation choice — so unique, so special, and so deeply human at the same time. It brings together people from many different backgrounds in a way that feels both harmonious and highly functional. The city is incredibly green, exceptionally clean, and offers a wide range of nutritious food options. Beyond being just a travel destination, Singapore is also an educational experience. Through both its urban design and the behavior of its people, it subtly teaches you how to live more harmoniously and aspire to better ways of functioning as a society.
