Lymington is such a pretty town, full of shops, tea rooms & pubs. The marina is at the bottom of the cobbled section of the high street, a lovely pub there with sun terrace overlooking the water. Here you can catch the ferry to the Isle of Wight too. So many floral displays around the town make it so picturesque. Nearby you have the beautiful Milford-On-Sea, this is a must with your visit, a tiny village with a seaside. Again lots of tea shops & nice pubs, plus a few charity shops that support the village.

Quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Light, bright and airy house with large outside area. Two minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants etc., in Lymington High Street. Easy to communicate with owner who does ask for £100 damage deposit but mine was returned the same day we checked out. Free private parking. Not sure if it mentions this in the description but there are about 25 steps up to the property from the car park.

The setting, location and general “1st impression” are great. Nice looking period setting, if not a little “tired” Fabulous if planning a day at the Isle of Wight and you can leave your car there for free and walk to the ferry in 5 minutes. Likewise about 15-20 minutes walk to the high street of Lymington .
