The property was absolutely beautiful, great location. Quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing. Grace is the sweetest woman in Rome, I look forward to another stay in the future. The self-serve bar was so convenient, clean, and based on trust. So be honest when using it!

Nice staff, clean and very close to the main train station in Rome (Termini). This train station gets you to the Colosseum and Vatican very easily. It is a small-ish hotel so the reception wasn't open all the time. But friendly and nice service. The room is basic, but clean and has what you need. They also had a small fridge in the room that you can put food in. Even though it's in walking distance to the station, it's on a quiet street so you can't hear noise from the street. Note: if you exit the train station from the main entrance, the hotel is a 5 min walk. But it you exit from the wrong side, it takes 15 mins.

Its a very nice hotel with a good breakfast in a convenient location. The room had good blinds that made the room very dark which was nice for sleeping. The room was also cleaned every day which was very nice to come back to after walking around the city all day.

Enjoyed our stay in Rome except we had a bad experience with the money exchange - Best & Fast Change srl - Via Della Conciliazone, 47 p. Iva. The USD rate they have on their board was 1.237 per Dollar but when they gave us the change was only .63 euros per dollar. They did not tell us exactly first how much the net change before they went ahead to enter into their system. When they gave us the Euros in exchange to our USD, it was so much lower almost half of the exchange rate as they had in their posted rate. We were shocked & told the cashier to return our USD money back but she didn’t like it & we felt scammed. We can’t communicate for we can’t speak Italian. She gave us the run around. Just a matter of few seconds on the transaction, she doesn’t want to return our money especially it was worth $500.00 that we exchanged. We felt bad & No mercy to tourist but took advantage to us! Bad attitude & bad business practice. Misinformed of their exchange rate! Please let your politicians & government know this happening that they should be honest & straight forward to their tourist in your country especially Vatican is there they should be scared doing such an act. That was our bad experience here in Rome.

Ww stayed in Trastevere based on a recommendation from someone who had been there. We did a little research before arriving so we had a list of specific sites we wanted to see. Area was central and we could walk everywhere. There was a great bakery Santini, right around the corner. Do your research on dinner places to eat and make a reservation in advance if you want to sit outside.

There is a lot of history to see in the city and you can see it is taken care of and cleaned well. If you are into the history of Rome, it has a lot to offer! The food was also good in the restaurants we visited. Downsides were difficulty in finding locations to purchase tickets for city buses. Additionally, the main station's map (Rome Terminal) for bus stops was not clear and updated to match the ongoing construction and time tables. We did enjoy the Green Tour - Hop On, Hop Off bus tours for our trip and recommend it for travelers in Rome.

Rome is an amazing city, lots of opportunity to see great sites, you can walk, drive or use e scooters to get places in a heartbeat. The main sites are breathtaking but walking around is what makes you appreciate the city and its culture even more. When you are walking past sculptures, ruins and historical sites it takes your breath away. People are very friendly and welcoming and it truly gives you an experience what it would be like to walk in the Roman Empire.

Great of one day trip to look around city center.

Great of one day trip to look around city center. There are more locations in Italy which are worth visiting rather than crowded city center of Rome. Definitely you should visit Vatican once you're here, astounding place especially when you visit it first time. Don't forget to climb up the dome 561 steps uo to the top, but view is amazing (you can also see closed to public section of Vatican from above).

It was a perfect stay at the middle of the historical city of Rome located within 1 km from Colosseum and just over a km from Roma Termini station. Very clean and comfortable room with a balcony and plenty of air and lights. The AC really can cool down the room unlike most of the hotels of Italy. Both room and toilet looked very well maintained. Bonus point was the nice and helpful behavior of the host. She went beyond our expectations with her helpfulness. Highly recommended.

Really lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Everything was immaculately clean, the room was spacious and there were nice products in the bathroom. There is a small fridge with a few mini bar items. The staff were really helpful in explaining the best places to visit in Rome; and where not to go after dark! I was also able to leave my luggage there both before and after my stay to fit in with travel plans. Highly recommended!

The staff were all amazing, so friendly, pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We’ve stayed in many hotels in Italy but here the staff were head and shoulders above all the rest ☺️ The hotel itself was lovely too, clean, comfortable and super location, right beside the Spanish Steps! We’ll definitely stay here again when back in Rome.
