It was the touches of hospitality that wowed us. The extra bed was made for our 3 year old daughter and they left a children's book for bed time stories. In the bath room next to our bath robes was a smaller bath robe and slippers just her size. She felt very special wearing this.

Took walking tour to several sites very informative, toured Windsor Castle awesome, weather just perfect. Was hoping to enter Buckingham Palace and see changing of guards but informed tours inside available few weeks in June, a lot of walking wear comfortable shoes/sneakers second week in June unofficial Birthday celebration for Queen our stay too short and not right month for more activities ☹️. Should have done more research Many important sites and tours to partake throughout London getting around London plenty of subways, trains, and buses for reasonable cost

We really enjoyed our week in London.

We really enjoyed our week in London. We were able to explore at a leisurely pace and see the things that were most important to us. Make a list before you go of priorities and don’t over schedule yourself with things that aren’t important. Definitely heed the warnings about pickpockets. I thought I was being careful but my bag carried inside my backpack was stolen even though I thought I was being vigilant. On a related note, the service at the US Embassy was outstanding.

Coming back to London regularly and having been to different apartments and hotels I can say this apartment was the best accommodation I have ever had. It was modern, absolutely clean, well equipped and well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. The tube station is just a 2-minutes walk away. The area is nice and just a 20 minutes ride from Green Park. Everything in the building is modern and new. Getting in with all the information provided in advance was very easy!

The hotel was in a good location, about a 10 minute walk to the tube, access to taxis and an easy walk to London CBD. The whole apartment building was beautifully maintained and elegant but our individual apartment needed a few repairs and was not of the same standard. Issues were dealt with by the office as quickly as possible. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable but if you are using the lounge room as a bedroom there is limited room.
