    I loved the city.

I loved the city. However, there's not much the city has to offer for travellers. A day to glimpse through should be fine. People have told me that one should do seville instead. Barcelona def don't miss out on though.

This was our first visit in Madrid.

This was our first visit in Madrid. We were positively surprised. The city is quite green with several parks (don't miss Retiro!). The great art museums are really worth seeing. And the food! Great tapas places (just grab a table and chairs where you can) and "finer" restaurants (you often need a reservation) all over. We were in Madrid in late May, most days the temperature was close to 30 C, which was still ok. But the summer months, maybe not for us.

The market was the best on Sunday, we went for the football, the shopping was great too, huge Primark , great to get around on the metro, and cheap. Good day trips to Toledo, good food, nothing to avoid we loved all of it, lots of walking tours from Gran via. We want to return as there is too much to see, and we ran out of time.

Madrid is a great city with so much to do.It is so easy to get around Madrid and I loved the hop on and hop off rides that took me through the old and new cities.Unfortunately,I could not take a tour around Santiago Bernabau because it was shut for repairs. Also, the location I stayed in Granvia was very central with so many options of restaurants.

Madrid is a great city that offers everything I like to have on my trips: a lot of history, art and excellent food! The metro is very easy to understand, so you'll get the orientation in the city very quickly. If you have enough time, I strongly recommend visitning Toledo - the city is small, but unbelievably beautiful :-)

Malasanas is really good neighbourhood for eating and bars, a bit more edgy and lively than the more touristy areas but still central, accessible and safe. Lots of squares hidden away from the main roads and some great Galician restaurants on Calle Valverde and Calle Fuencarral as well as traditional tapas bars. among the sights, the Parque Retiro is fantastic especially the boating lake and Crystal Palace and there are several great museums around it - Prado, the excellent Reina Sophia modern art gallery (with Picasso's Guernica), the Archeological Museum. Also enjoyed the Plaza Oriente and Royal Palace gardens

The hotel is located at one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Madrid, Barrio de las letras. It is in the center of Madrid but is not loud at all and not that crowded. You have too many options like bars, supermarkets and beautiful alternative boutiques to shop. The owners of the hotel are so pleasant and helpful, they can give you any info you want about the city. The room is small, convenient, absolutely clean and with all the comforts you need. One of the best accommodation experiences that i would choose again for sure!

The hotel is modern and elegant and is located in a very nice green area of Madrid. It is not far from the airport ( 15-20 minutes with metro). The nearest metro station is at 10 minutes walking so it’s easy to go to the city centre. Also, there is a large supermarket nearby. The rooms are large and cozy and the bathroom comes with a bathtube and bidet. The wifi connection was very good. As i had to leave early the hotel i could not try the breakfast. I definitely recommend this accomodation.

I was traveling for 15 days in Spain and France, and I stayed in 5 stars hotel suite rooms or family rooms in comparison with those luxury 5 stars hotels this apartment was Very clean and was well designed and equipped with high-quality stuff. Refrigerator and washing machines and microwave, everything was in the apartment and all stuff was clean. Air condition worked better than in 5-star well-known hotels. We are very sensitive to cleanliness and it was very clean.

Close to everything, walking distance from Palacio Real, Plaza España, Gran Vía, etc… During my trip to Spain, I stayed here in two different occasion, my first and las week of the trip and the staff helped me all the step of the way. Ana & Luis will make you feel like family. Also a plus, they have parking available at premises.

The hotel was situated right in the city centre of Madrid, which was very good, as everything was in proximity, walking-distance. Additional, the rooms were clean and you could access them without passing by the reception, but rather just by entering the complex with your card and going up to the right floor. The hotel seemed very safe as well, and had a parking spot in proximity, where you could get a reduction.

This is the best choice for a Barajas Layover hotel , as I've tried several. The metro station is a 4 minute walk and metro goes.direct tonthe airport ( 1 stop) or back into cemtral Madrid. Tere is a plethora of excellent restaurants just outside the door, and the Barrajas Historico Centro isn5 mins. My room had a balcony with a view of the airport takeoffs & landings.🛩 Not to mention updated comfy room.
