This property was super close to the train station, which we appreciated. Only a 5 minute walk. The room was nice, nothing overly exciting, but very clean with a nice, large bathroom with 2 sinks. Breakfast was great! However you could skip this, as juice and croissants are provided free for all guests.

Beautiful, busy and clean city. The huge ornate buildings, the restaurants and the cafes are many. Service staff in any establishment I visited were all accommodating with English. Prices for food or souvenirs were comparable to any other city and very reasonable. We had lunch at Gino’s and it was delicious.

Nice city with big boulevards to stroule around and enjoy free time. Always a pulsating city with heaps of people around.
But don't miss the Metro, it's very cheap to get to other parts of the city and explore them, too.

My first visit to Madrid and surrounding areas.
My first visit to Madrid and surrounding areas. So much to see, lots of culture, history, The Prado and celebrations (We happened to be there on May 2nd, to see the festivities). What impressed me above all else is how affordable Madrid is, especially compared to London and Paris, Had I known, I would have stayed longer and I look forward to returning. Looking back, I felt we just scraped the surface of this great city.

Nice City to visit for a short break.
Nice City to visit for a short break. Hop on Hop off bus was good way to see the City. Plenty reasonably priced restaurants in the Centre. May was a good month to visit, pleasantly warm but not too hot.
The hotel is located at one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Madrid, Barrio de las letras. It is in the center of Madrid but is not loud at all and not that crowded. You have too many options like bars, supermarkets and beautiful alternative boutiques to shop. The owners of the hotel are so pleasant and helpful, they can give you any info you want about the city. The room is small, convenient, absolutely clean and with all the comforts you need. One of the best accommodation experiences that i would choose again for sure!
The Hotel is in the city centre (Chueca) and turned out to be much better than my expectations! Extremely clean and welcoming. People working there reply at whatever time (I arrived after midnight) and are there to solve any problem (I had an issue with noisy neighbours at night and they immediately intervened). Moreover, they were willing to give me information on Madrid and to have a quick talk sometimes to feel more at home 😊
The hotel is located at the business district of Madrid, 5 minutes walking distance from Chamartin central train and subway station, very convenient not only to commute to the city centre but also to visit nearby cities. The room was spacious enough with nice furniture and quiet. The breakfast, althougt it costed 25€, was very satisfying offering a big variety. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Walking distance to metro, stores and places to eat. Excellent with airport shuttle. Staff is very good. Stayed there few times.
Arrive on metro from train station in Madrid. Leave via free airport shuttle.
Great for first late night arrivals to Madrid/spain onwards. Fly in. Get free shuttle pick up. Rest. We walked to metro in the morning.
Also within walking distance is laundromat.
The hotel is located in Barajas - very near to the airport. Moreover, the metro station is five minutes walking distance from the hotel and thus the visit of Madrid centre is very easy. The breakfast was very nice (buffet). We would recommend this hotel to people transiting via Madrid, who want to be close to the airport and have the chance to visit the city center at the same time.
City centre, close to all tourist attractions, to restaurants and bars. It was my 6th time on this place, and I will always be back. Perfect place for couple or solo traveller. Enough if you need place to stay, take a shower and sleep. It's not 5 star luxury hotel, so definitely not for people who expect highest conditions. Perfect WiFi.
staff helpful booking taxi and loaning an iron etc. Best part very large floor to ceiling windows. I liked the brightness. I stayed in hotels for month and never got used to small windows and shudders in most accommodations in Spain and Greece. I do understand to keep heat out . This by far was my favourite hotel on trip.
Best hostel type property in Spain
Cannot be rated as an hostel should be given a hotel status
Very clean and spacious rooms and complementary coffee and water is really good for travellers
Very kind and helpful staff and amazing location very easy to get to any type of city transport services
Still the BEST hotel in Madrid and probably Europe. We stayed here twice on our trip to Spain at the beginning and end of our trip and it was great. We've stayed here before so it's awesome that the hospitality, friendly employees, and clean rooms are a mainstay. Stay here, you won't regret it!
free airport shuttle was a bonus and the hotel is only 8 mins walk from the metro station. nice and quiet located at the neighbourhood areas with nice and friendly restaurant around. We stay here as we have 2 days to explore the town before we heading to other city in spain.
The hotel was convenient for the airport. We were only there for one night before driving to the north of Spain. It was a bit far from central Madrid for us to go in for the evening for a couple of hours. Good breakfast, nice pool which we used, comfortable room.
Nice Hotel in the city centre of Madrid. All the highlights are on walking distance. (approx. 10min). It is next the st. anna square which has a lot of nice bars and restaurant.
The room we had was big with two balcony's and nice view.
The hotel is based very central at Gran Via. A good and various breakfast is offered. But the best part is the rooftop bar and pool, at the city centre but still calm enough to relax during the day - or the night.
Location it was very near all important area in Madrid by waking good shops and restaurants welcoming from staff helping us because of all of this we decide to book all vincci hotels in all cities of Spain
The hotel was very quiet. The restaurant was good and moderately priced for dinner, and the breakfast was the best we had in Spain. We appreciated having shuttle service to and from the hotel.
Beautiful, modern hotel in the city centre, close to the main sights of Madrid. Extremely nice and helpful staff. If we return to Madrid, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
The hotel is convenient to the Madrid airport and has a free shuttle there. Also you can eat at the restaurant during the afternoon, after usual lunch hour unlike much of Spain.
Good location and friendly staff. The rooms were spotless. We visited Madrid for New Year and hotel was not far from the city centre. Also 50 yards from a metro stop.
