Suits me perfectly when I attend a meeting in Manchester. Convenient for venues around the city
Comfortable, warm and well looked after. Fair price.
It is quite tired, but what can you expect for the price!
staff are helpful
the location-far away from Manchester city centre and not near the most bustling area in Salford. the bedroom is stuffy. it's small and windows cannot be opened. actually the whole building is stuffy. bathroom always cold.
Room was quite large for a single room, with adequate storage space and a desk that was usable to do a bit of work in the evening. Wi-Fi was available in the room. Shower was modern and in good working order.
Breakfast was not too good.
the staff,location and hospitality
Good localization,clean bathroom
Huge pothole on driveway, freezing cold temperature of the room, no radiator in the bathroom, no hot water in the evening, no pressure in the shower, sausage that I think must of been microwaved numerous times before it was served,if you could call that something a sausage, most watered down coffee, most watered down orange juice, most watered down scrambled eggs, cheapest toast, smelly corridors and dining room, I could go on but really stay away if you can
Not good Wi-Fi in the room Quite cold during the day (not early morning or night)
It was easy to get to, within a few miles of most places and you could park
It could have done with an open bar, and a seperate tv lounge for guests to relax in
It was easy to get to from the motorway and it was on a bus route into the city centre. A good Chinese restaurant across the road - The Chung Ying. The chef's specials are really good. There was a good selection of toiletries and an ample supply of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room
It would have benefitted greatly from a lick of paint and freshening up. It needed greater sound proofing as traffic could be heard clearly as could some of the other guests in their rooms, especially those above. Wholemeal toast would have been welcome at breakfast.
Hotel looked and felt tired. Could do with some updating. Water pressure in shower low. Decoration old fashioned
Room, Bed - uncomfortable Breakfast - warned in microwave and cremated over warmed sausage!!! Poor reception serices
Staff were very nice
Heard knocks of the floor and stairs all the time. Very bad WiFi signal at my room Very cold
Very cold however they were really good and provided a fire.
The single room was small but had everything I needed for a 2 night stay on a business trip. The price was very reasonable with breakfast included.
The breakfast room was nice however much too quiet it needed some background music so people would not feel awkward when speaking to each other, some people were whispering.
Ensuite sliding door does not shut hits the sink which is in the room , decor v dated and tired .
The run down feel, wall paper peeling in dining room, small en suite room.
Food atmosphere room
Small parking lot
easy access to public transport and shops nearby
looks a bit tired needs up gradeing very poor veggie breakfast 1sauage half tomatoe spoonfull of beans
Cold room..no bath facilities
convenience. fair breakfast
small cold rooms. shower room icy cold
checking out .The biscuits in the room was nicest thing about the hotel ..
me and my partner checked in was given our key room 18 . we went to make a cup of tea the kettle was all black with hairs inside it , the room was very very dusty the bed had black hairs init, the shower had spiders, the curtains smelled . we had to sleep with the window open to get rid of the dust and smell .
Cheap. Comfortable bed. Clean. Tea/coffee facilities in room. Secure. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenient for leisure destination.(Old Trafford) Staff unobtrusive.
Jaded decor, lots of cracked plasterwork in room. Shower instructions did not match the shower controls.
