The exact nature of bathroom accessibility should be clear - e.g. whether space for a wheelchair for transfer to shower seat and WC; Position of grab rails and drop-down handrails.

I booked this hotel because my sister uses a wheelchair and we were visiting crufts at the NEC therefore we wanted to be as close to it as possible. when they built the hotel they had no consideration for people in wheelchairs making the journey from the hotel to the nearby beautiful lake and on around to the NEC center.

Whilst i believe the hotel is being renovated, the carpets in the bedroom were filthy. Looked like workmen had been in there with their dirty boots. Breakfast was terrible, Did not have no choice, we were asked what we wanted. When it arrived the sausage and bacon were under cooked. Would not stay here again.

The receptionist was very helpful at check in and I was given a room away from possible noise but close to the breakfast area. The room was comfortable, shower was fine and with windows for good ventilation. Because I left before 7.00 only continental breakfast was available.
