This was the most amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived Daniel was very attentive. We went to Harry Potter the next morning and had the breakfast included with our stay. He had bags filled with goodies waiting for us to take! They were very well packed. Each day he discussed any questions we had. Darren, the chef, was super friendly and took good care of us in the morning. He also spent time talking with us since it was our first time in London. Our rooms were amazing. The beds were super comfortable, I wish I knew what kind of pillows they used, becuase its all I have been thinking about since home. Book this place and you won't be sorry!

The property was a well appointed boutique-like hotel. The rooms were small, but very clean and had all the amenities needed for a successful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, caring, and attentive. Simon helped us with transportation details and ticket purchases in London. Carolina was warm and helpful as well. It felt as though we were leaving friends upon departure

I'm usually very particular about the cleanliness of hotels and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms are very clean and the beds are so comfortable. There was a cleaner there, I never got her name but she was so detailed. She left me extra chamomile tea when I was ill. Additionally, I was expecting a delivery that didn't come until several days after I checked out, the concierge was kind enough to store it until I had a friend come pick up for me. The location is also perfect, it's close to everything and 2 mins walk from the subway.

London is a lovely place to visit.

London is a lovely place to visit. Whilst it is expensive, there is much to do and see. Transport is easy and there is something for everyone. Whether it is for the free museums and galleries, the shows on the West End or just enjoying Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, it is nice for couples and families.

I had a plan for what I wanted to see and how to travel there. I booked in advance for venues. Always leave extra time for getting to places due to the crowds. The Shard is an amazing experience, one not to miss. London transport (TfL) is really good. I felt safe on the Underground and on buses. I never travelled later than 9pm, though. Hyde Park is a lovely place to wander through with its own 'must see' attractions. (Don't miss the Albert memorial). Also, visit Westminster Cathedral (Catholic). Not busy but lovely architecture. £5 gets you admission up the bell tower (via a lift). Views over London.

My trip to London was like a fairytale.

My trip to London was like a fairytale. There are so many tourist attractions to visit, and many of them are free! The food, on the other hand, was tasty and affordable, and the coffee (latte) was amazing everywhere I had it. I recommend visiting the following attractions: Buckingham Palace, London Bridge, the Tower of London, the London Eye, The Shard, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, Soho – the nightlife with their mini version of Moulin Rouge, and many more!

Great tourist attractions we went to the V&A museum which was excellent and the Tower of London where there is so much to discover. We went to Oxford street and visited Selfridges and the Disney shop but there are many many different shops to see. We went to Leicester Square where we went to the Lego shop where you can customise your own figure and to the M & M shop where there is so much choice in chocolate !! We visited Covent Garden where the Jubilee Market has craft and fancy good stalls and inside Covent Garden there are a variety of shops and also craft stall. London is great there is something for everyone
