Great hotel friendly staff and great food. Only downfall for me was the distance to the hotel from the tube especially if you have a lot of luggage would definitely get a taxi or shuttle bus next time. The hotel was near to Terminal 2 & 3 but I arrived by train...
The hotel was near to Terminal 2 & 3 but I arrived by train and tube and not via the airport. I phoned the hotel to ask for the best way to get there and was given instructions. The tube to Hatton Cross then a 285 bus to the the hotel - I arrived at the hotel without any problem.Guest review byMargaret
