I love Weymouth Beach clean and white sand but pebbles the further you head out of Weymouth so you have the choice. And all the action and activities on the sand if you want peace and quiet head along to the pebbly part. Loads of places to eat. I just had a Chinese takeout and sat on the beach. We had a fabulous short break. The Jurassic Coast path is wonderful and we enjoyed our walk from Lulworth Cove to Durdle Door. Weymouth was very nice to walk around in the evening.
