Beautiful city with a ton of coffee shops, restaurants, drinking establishments. A little tough to walk around the small streets, especially with luggage. However it is worth the sacrifice because it is very much a great city to visit.

The culture is obviously superb - and also super highly priced. Everything was incredibly expensive - museums, tours, even a small bottle of water started at 7 euro in a restaurant or café. Everything had huge lines. I'm grateful to have seen the works of art I've seen, but by the gods, are the citizens of Florence milking their culture for all its worth. I'll only visit again if I become a millionaire.

This was our second stay in Florence and this time we came prepared - all the museums, galleries and places of interest booked months in advance! If you travel to experience great art, Florence is the place to go. I recommend finding the apartment at walking distance to all those great places, it is also a nice city to take a walk, especially in the evening. Good food in most places, nice atmosphere, although you need to beware of the pickpockets, especially in public transport! All in all, great experience!

August is the wrong time to visit. Too hot. Too crowded.

August is the wrong time to visit. Too hot. Too crowded. Go earlier in the year or in Winter. Lots of great places to eat such as La Buchetta. Don’t bother with the restaurant next door i frateli that’s a rip off, much better eateries further down via Ghib such as Volpe. Hard to find a bad establishment otherwise.

Love this hotel in Florence. It was my family's favourite hotel for our stay in Italy. The location is about 8-10 min walk from the train station, and it is walking distance to the Duomo and all other locations. The leather street vendors are just beneath the hotel. There are many nice cafes, restaurants and a supermarket nearby. There are also a number of halal restaurants close to the hotel. The beds are comfy and the room is a good size and the staff are friendly and yrustworthy. Highly recommend, you will not regret!

The building used to be a family home. It is beautiful! The room is spacious and very comfortable The neighborhood is beautiful, too! Not far from the city center, but away from the buzz enough that you feel you are at the countryside of Tuscany. There is a parking lot Breakfast is good and the staff is ready to help in any way they can! And there is an elevator, which may not be common in hotels in Italy I give it a 10!

They provided us with recommendations and answered our messages very promptly. It was the best hotel experience in Italy this time. The location is also amazing, you'll be right in the city center.

Best hotel during my tour in Italy! Good location you can go to most of the attractions by walk. Clean and comfortable room (warm and comfortable which is important in winter season). Also very nice staffs who give us a lot of support. Definitely a smart choice in Florence! Welcome cookie is delicious and I'm still searching where can buy some...
