Staff/owners were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. They arranged a car to bring my spouse to the hotel from another region. That alone made for a great stay. The breakfast the hotel provided was very good.

Good location , close to Moltepulciano and many great natural baths ( like Bagno Saint-Philippo), all exceptional views on Toscana are within 30 min from there ( like Pienza). Very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. He gives good advices for discovery of nearby locations, so don't hesitate to ask. Room is charming , has a ceiling ventilation, which is much more silent then usual a/c, but very efficient for summer heat. Breakfast was excellent, with homemade fresh italian pastries, cakes! We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and kept good memories. Grazie mille!

Great family run place. The staff was very attentive. Good included breakfast. A lot of sweets, but bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, and fruit as well. Optional dinner is like home cooking. Not super fancy, but fresh delicious, and of course convenient. Nice rooftop views, including a section that that's enclosed if it's cooler or rainy. Room was comfortable and affordable.

    The town is nice.

    The town is nice. It is a quiet time of the year, but the merchants we encountered were friendly. The Terme Theia was ok, but the management inflexible when I tried to inform them of a booking error within 24hours of making it they did not reply to my emails, and when I spoke to the they said that once I paid there was no refund or changes. I prefer the Terme sensoriale, but unfortunately they are only open on weekends

    a nice town with an old part behind the walls. lots of greenery, parking lots and bars, walking paths and restaurants.During the day, we walked around Okpliška, in the evening we came to the city for dinner and to the accommodation to rest. we ate at pizzeria Rosso vivo. I have never had a better pizza, the price was not too high either. The food at La Torretta was also very tasty.

    Chianciano Terme is a quaint little southern Tuscany town...

    Chianciano Terme is a quaint little southern Tuscany town with great restaurants, little streets and beautiful architecture. It's a great gateway to many other local towns such as Montepulciano, Pienza, San Gimignano among many others. There are thermal sources nearby such as San Filippo and great hikes such as la Foce. Florence is a 2 1/2 - 3 hours drive depending on traffic.

    Charming local town with some good bars and restaurants. A great base away from the tourists hot spots but an excellent location to visit those attractions whilst experiencing life in a real local Tuscan town.

    The museum is amazing!!!

    The museum is amazing!!! We were hoping to visit a thermal pool but the one we went to (Theia) had so many rules and was so expensive for the amount of time we wanted to stay that we left. (The staff there could have been friendlier.) It’s probably better to go if you have several hours to spend. Also, as Americans from Montana, it was stressful and confusing trying to figure out rules for parking. Chianciano is nicely situated for day drives to other beautiful spots in Tuscany and Umbria.

    The town is very quiet and sadly nothing much to do.

    The town is very quiet and sadly nothing much to do. We visited a two restaurants and both were great experiences with owners introducing going as far as to welcome us. La Torretta in the village and Locanda di Anita in Cetona.

    Fantastic little apartment; spacious, clean & modern facilities. Located walking distance to main part of town and we used this location as a base to explore other areas in the Tuscany region with our car. Alfonso was also very helpful and gave us some great dinner recommendations that we enjoyed, especially the restaurant with the traditional Tuscan food - sublime. The balcony view is a nice little extra too 😀

    Super cute hotel!! The owner is very very friendly and sweet. We needed gluten-free bread for the breakfast and he served muffins, cookies and bread handmade. Also the breakfast was just amazing, hand-made vegan croissants and so many special things! The hotel is close to Montepulciano and quiet, with a big parking lot. Highly recommend!!

    The hotel and the room were clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was central to other places and towns to visit. There is a pool on the rooftop with a glass railing to look over the old town. Awesome! There is also a room with some workout equipment. It was overall quiet.
