Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Fantastic location - right outside the airport terminal for early morning flights and walking distance to the beach. Rooms were modern and spacious with everything you need. Friendly service from the front desk staff. Happy Hour and sunset views from the rooftop bar can't be missed! I'll definitely stay again!

    Try some outer areas. Biggera waters not so busy and crowded. Harbour town great shopping. Must see for the girls is Robina shopping centre its Huge. Sharks club at Southport worth a visit, also for great meal is Dublin Docks pub opp harbour town. Lovely drive thru emerald lakes estate is like mediteranian village, gorgeous. Tourist areas are very busy and little parking.

    Hotel was lovely close to train station -we used the train a lot to go to restaurants-the array of restaurants was great we chose Thai one night and indian next night A nice get away of note was exceptionable manners of the young men on train e.g. offering their seats on train -had not been to stay gold coast for sometime found it clean-beaches look fine seem to have recovered since cyclone we would definately stay again.

    Gold Coast in Winter is always a great stay.

    Gold Coast in Winter is always a great stay. Beautiful weather, sunny and around 22c, so perfect for sun, sand and swim in the pool. Surf is very cold, but fabulous for walking along the beach and also large selection of activities, restaurants and shopping.

    Great location for a get away from Melbourne’s winter. A visit to the top of Q1 was a highlight, next time we will visit for Brunch. Koo Koo Tepanyaki for a great meal and fun night is highly recommended.

    The view from our unit on the 15th floor was amazing. Sweeping views of the coastline up to Surfers Paradise and down to Burleigh Heads Pavillion. The apartment was very clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. The cost of accommodation on the Gold Coast has increased significantly since covid. The rates at many highrise apartments per night are nearly double what they were 3 years ago. Southern Cross have managed to keep their rates within affordable reach compared to others. This was a game changer for our family!

    This is an amazing hotel, facilities were clean and beautiful, staff all friendly and helpful. TV was huge in my room and bed so comfortable. I love love love this hotel. And so close - just next door to the airport means I was able to sleep a little later before my very early flight. I have family who live down the other end of Gold Coast so really only needed the room for the final night - after looking on the internet I made sure i was there at 2pm for check in and I was not disappointed.

    The staff were very friendly and professional. They allowed me to park my vehicle, inside the premises and check in a few hours later. Nothing was a problem to them, they were the best. The food at breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The night time bistro was cheap and enjoyable. The parking was safe and secure, which is important when you ride a motorcycle Absolutely top notch hotel , which encourages me & friends to come back again. Well done team

    The hotel is nice, the rooms are nice, and the views are amazing. The bedding situation really needs to be fixed. Very cheap, uncomfortable pillows, and bedsheets, no quilt, just 2 sheets and a blanket, and they don't stay or sit properly whilst sleeping so I was constantly readjusting them. I have stayed here on multiple occasions, and although everything is nice, I can never get a good or even decent nights sleep.

    Had to pick up the keys at Broadbeach, lucky it was on the way to Surfers. Still an inconvenient. Hotel location was great, off the main avenue lots of options and facilities. Central to everything and it wasn't noisy with the double glaze windows. Parking was organised with the hotel which is good but the spot we got was allocated to the hotel room, should we had paid extra or be inclusive in the package.
