Beautiful place, convenient for take subway, just 10 minutes walk to Greenford Station. There are gas stations can buy water and snacks. Breakfast is food, many hot food and restaurant is very comfortable. And price is so much valuable.

Friendly staff, who helped us with carrying luggage. Very clean room and a comfortable bed.

Very good stuff in very good place

The location of the hotel in the middle of the shopping area is very convenient. One can go shopping and be back for a rest in no time. No troubles with public transport or finding a parking space. Upon arrival you will get towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, coffee/thee bags, sugar, milk and a water cooker. Our fan was defect and in no time replaced by the receptionist. The rooms are very spacious and the family room does have a double bed and a single bed. Was welcome for our baby. The bathroom is big enough to have a shower together with the baby. There are a lot of (halal) restaurants on walking distance from the hotel. A small shop beside the hotel serves a tasty Karak Chai for only a few pounds. The Roshni restaurant on the ground floor serves good food for a good price. I definately will book this hotel for my next visit to Southall.

Great location. Staff is very nice and beyond accommodating

Breakfast was great! Staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean, nice and well equipped!

I liked the clean and comfortable room, the convenient location, and the friendly and helpful staff. The overall stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

The buffet breakfast was served with so much care I was treated like loyalty I will definitely book this place again

Our stay in the couple’s room was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff. Rosebud coffee club is also very thoughful. Our room felt like a cozy retreat—clean and comfortably. It truly was the perfect peaceful getaway for a couple. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

The guy at the reception is good and welcoming The second room we booked was a little better, I guess because of the price but doesn't worth the price placed on it

Very friendly staff. They helped with early check-in, which allowed us to go to London right away. Cleaning and towel changes were done every day. Nearby is Ealing Broadway railway station. It's two stops by bus or an 8-10 minute walk. From there, it's very convenient to reach central London using the Elizabeth line. I tried breakfast once - it did not meet my expectations, so I didn't have breakfast at the hotel again, although the price was reasonable - £9.5.

Clean lovely staff. Breakfast - good selection

The BREAKFAST was AmaZing! helped make our final the decision of our stay was the FREE breakfast but it was delicious and well worth it, the metro right next door was SO helpful and easy reaching and easy access, made the trip So much better visiting London for 5 days!

Excellent choice. Well laid out.

Everyone was so lovely whilst we stayed there, the staff are great, food had huge portions, lovely pub. Honestly, extra thanks to the staff for everything for my child's first concert at wembley.

Everything was spot on from the location to the comfortable bed. The One staff member I saw was very polite and friendly.

Out of all of our beautiful stays on our trip to Scotland, this one was our favorite. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning and enjoyed our tea with a view right from our room. Our hosts were so kind and offered history and suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. The walk into town was short and scenic! We loved meeting Alex & Alan’s dog Oatie too! Thanks for a wonderful stay in Portree.

The staff were all polite and helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Everything was as advertised and prices for extra items like beer and snacks weren't that bad. TV worked properly and the fridge as well. I recommend for other travellers and I would come back in a future opportunity.

The hotel is next to a cozy pub with great staff and wonderful food. The room was nice and comfortable. We have a great experience all together.
