Very clean and very nicely decorated. Super fast Fibre internet and overall just very comfortable with all the utilities you would need. One of the radiator's had been damaged and was no longer on the wall when i arrived. A heater fan was provided but i was initially disappointed to see that. Right on que however, i received a message on my arrival stating that it would be fixed ASAP and by time i got back to the apartment after popping out the next day it was all sorted and fully operational again. Impressive service. I will definitely consider coming back in future

Everything was over expectation.. If you want to stay nearby Southall Station, peaceful Clean sorrounding, small place but package of all necessities.. Then, this place is for you. Direct bus 427 to Southall Station (takes 5-7mins) is good. Frequency of bus is pretty good.

This is not something the owner can control but FYI getting an uber in this area was impossible. The drivers canceled each time we attempted. The train stations (there are 3) are all within a reasonable walking distance. The area is very safe and we really enjoyed the location coming home late from Wembley Stadium.

The staff were very unprofessional, I have never been to hotel before where the reception area is in a hall way and the computer is looked away in a cupboard, the drains in the bathroom smelt and we couldn’t stay in the room to long as the smell from the bathroom made you feel sick, the car park was very small for the size of the pub/hotel we had to park our car on the road away from the hotel, tv didn’t work

In all honesty the traffic through Northolt is an absolute nightmare and most of the smaller backroads that I used to use have since been closed. The Hotel is in a very convenient for location for everything that we needed to do.

Northolt is not a place you’d want to visit as a tourist.
Northolt is not a place you’d want to visit as a tourist. It’s a bit too far out of town if you want to see London. Northolt isn’t a tourist destination in itself. But in my case it’s perfect as I’m visiting family there.

Its a quiet part of London but has the transport links to the centre of London. The Greenwood has local shops within walking distance. Parking is ok but the hotel has spaces but we didn't need a spot. It has 2 electric charging points. We went to Uxbridge for he Underground bunker which was a great day out with value charges for the attraction. The tour with David the volunteer guide was very good. We eat and drank at the Greenwood as Wetherspoons was good quality for drinks and food. Very nice pizzas.

Used this Hotel when visiting Wembly. Easy transport links to Wembly. Friendly staff and a really good value for money hotel. Wholesome food available downstairs all day, which was useful. Plentiful on-street free parking. Slightly tired décor, but for the price it was fine. Broken toilet seat in bathroom was a bit frustrating. Would definitely use again.
