The property is located in Chianti near the town of Lucolena. The apartments was spacious, the design is fresh, the pool is great and we met some nice people while hanging by the pool. The property is 5 minutes from the local grocery store a pharmacy and coffee shop. To do some more serious cooking i drove 20 minutes to a large supermarket. It’s about 50 minutes drive to the heart of Florence.

I gestori molto disponibili e gentili. Struttura locali e camere molto belle e accoglienti. We were surprised that they kept the heat on in the bathroom, and did not limit use of the heat in the room. We did not abuse it because we know the costs. We paid for the dinner. And were thrilled with how good it was. The included breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed talking to the hosts about hiking mountains and other subjects. Lovely, lovely people.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. There was an error in the system, and the reservation from booking was not coming out correctly. The staff immediately reacted in the best way. They seated us for dinner while they checked the system so that we would not experience any inconvenience during check-in. They resolved the problem, and after dinner, they checked in us. They were very kind and polite. During the whole stay the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were beautifully designed, and offered all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and relaxing, and the attention to detail—from the decor to the cleanliness—was impressive. The view was breathtaking from the room and from facilities. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!
