Huge apartment! full dining room and living room in addition to two big bedrooms, full kitchen and outdoor terrace. The location was perfect too - very centrally located but down an alley so it was very peaceful and quiet.

Every thing was excellent. The hotel was very close to the center of Venice, only few minutes walk from San Marco square. The room was well kept and very clean. Everything in the room looks new. Very comfortable bed. Very good WiFi. The breakfast was very rich and tasty. All hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help. Luca was wonderful, he was there all the time answering to all our questions and helped us during our 5 days stay. Luca Thank you very much.

Our stayed was really comfortable , the staff is super polite,they helped us with much pleasure.The position of the hotel is near to everything you may want to see.The room was very beautifull ,very clean and very quite.They also suprised us with a birthday welcome in the room.The breakfast was very delicious. Location perfectly located to everything. This is a boutique hotel at its best! Off the main tourist street obscure from crowds. All staff is welcoming, helpful and polite. The breakfast fantastic assortment it seemed homemade type food.. lovely I wish I could’ve stayed on longer. Very comfortable room.
