Central location but a very quiet and warm place. Just next to Maida Vale station on the Bakerloo line with great access to all London amenities, about 10-15 minutes away. This property is surrounded by shops, restaurants. Secured entrance with a door intercom; Fully equipped (with all appliances) kitchen; The shower cabin is not too big but its useful; The bedroom is spacious with a double bed: Width: 140cm; Length: 192cm. Please make sure it suits you before booking. In the living, there is an extendable double sofa bed - sleeping area: Width 140cm, Length: 200cm. There are shelves and a dining table with two chairs (no TV). There is also a work desk with a chair. Wifi works perfectly well for standard use. A small balcony is available. The flat is ideal for two adults but two more can be accommodated in the living room Gas boiler is manually controlled. Clean bedding provided; The building is an ex-council from the 1980s. This is not a business, just my personal flat. Please be considerate. Thank you.
