-This is a family flat in central London. Drunk guests are never allowed into the flat. No smoky tobacco products/electronic cigarette or drugs are allowed in the flat, there is a fine. - There is a damage fee on our property. If the fixtures of the house are damaged or the key is lost/stolen, this amount will be charged to the guest by Booking if the room is left dirty. Please leave your room keys "in the room" at check-out time on the day your stay ends. - It is forbidden to listen to music with speakers at home. Also, please do not make noise in the corridor. - 5 rooms have access to the kitchen. The kitchen has all the cooking activities. In addition, the center table in the kitchen is suitable for eating. All basic ingredients are provided for home cooking. Ventilation must be used while cooking. Tea/coffee and kettle are also provided in kitchen. For further questions, please contact the host. Thank you.

This is the heart of London and is a very busy street. -Next step Edgware Road Station, 6 minutes walking distance from Paddington Station - Mark & Spencer just next door. Tesco and Waitrose süpermarkets are 3 minutes walking distance, there are bus stops at the end and. I can not interfere with the noises that may come from outside, but in case you hear inside the flat or in case of discomfort, please contact the host urgently.
